The cast had a few more famous clients in season 4. Mary Fitzgerald had Montana as a client, and he appeared through video chat. Meanwhile, his brother was there in person to show the house.

He wanted to sell his six-bedroom and seven-bath house that totaled 8,619 square feet. It was located in Garrett CT, Hidden Hills. The house was complete with a theater with green wallpaper and velvet purple couches. It also had a beautiful patio, a wine cellar, and a gorgeous pool surrounded by greenery and stone.

Of course, the rapper had a studio walking distance from his main house to work. He recorded his last two albums there, and Fitzgerald believed that would increase the worth of the home. He said it cost $350,00 to build, and everything inside cost about $300,000. She explained that she wanted the listing because she wanted to expand in Calabasas, which is full of celebrities. This listing would help with that.

The rapper has released four albums and was signed to Bad Boy Records and Maybach Music. He’s now the founder of Coke Boys Records.

Celebrity Net Worth claimed Montana’s net worth is $22 million. He bought the Calabasas home from Selena Gomez for $3.3 million in 2016, according to People

He initially tried to sell the home for $6.6 million last year. The rapper then tried again with Jason Oppenheim.

Fitzgerald told Montana’s brother she believed it was worth about $5 million. But she suggested listing it right under that because agents tend to cap what they look for at a specific price.

She later got the listing and showed the home to people. It looked like she almost sold the house, but it fell out of escrow. Newcomer Emma Hernan said she had someone in mind that might be interested in the home.

“Back on the Market” revealed Fitzgerald closed on the house. Someone bought it for $5 million, which means a commission of $150,000.

This is one of the latest celebrity cameos. Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Taye Diggs, Larsa Pippen, and Karamo Brown were previously on Selling Sunset. The Oppenheim Group has even more celebrity clients that don’t make it into the show. It’s unclear if Montana will lead to more celebrity cameos since Fitzgerald wanted him to have more Calabassas clients. But it does give some hope that there will be more.
