2022 Billboard Music Awards: Drake, BTS, and Olivia Rodrigo Win Big in Non-Televised Categories

The 2022 Billboard Music Awards will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 15. For the 2022 BBMAs, there are a total of 62 categories. Not all of the categories can fit into a television broadcast, so the winners of 54 categories were announced in a TikTok livestream hosted by Tetris Kelly and Tiffany Taylor. Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, and BTS are some of the most notable winners from the non-televised part of the music award show.

Here is the complete list of winners from the non-televised categories at the 2022 BBMAs.

Finalists and winners at the 2022 BBMAs are based on Billboard chart performances from April 10, 2021, through March 26, 2022. Leading up to the main broadcast of the BBMAs, a great number of artist awards were announced during the non-televised TikTok stream.

During the TikTok livestream for the non-televised 2022 BBMAs, eight albums were honored. Some of the album categories named in the livestream were genre-specific albums, including Top Rap Album, Top Country Album, Top Rock Album, and Top Latin Album.

Out of all the song categories announced in Billboard’s TikTok livestream, The Kid LAROI and Bieber won multiple awards for their collaboration song, “Stay.”

The 2022 BBMAs will be broadcast on NBC starting at 8 p.m. EDT on May 15 and will also be streamed on Peacock.
